What should I do if I want to return an item?

If for any reason, you feel that the purchase you have made with us does not meet your needs, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Email or call us on the procedure for processing your return. Returns will not be accepted unless the same has been communicated to us through email or a call.

Am I eligible for a return?

Yes, if the items that you wish to return, for a refund or exchange, are in new/unused condition and include original product packaging with all the price/care/warranty tags. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

How long do I have?

All returns for exchange or refund must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery of the shipment.

Which items are not eligible for a return or exchange?

Returns on items purchased under promotions/special deals will not be accepted, unless otherwise specified.
Products that have been customized for you cannot be returned.
You cannot return used or damaged products, unless they are covered by warranty and the same has been specifically discussed with us over email or phone call.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be made within 5 business days after inspection of the returned items at our warehouse to the same mode of payment used at time of ordering.

What should I do for an exchange?

In case you opt for an exchange, you can pick any item/s for an equivalent amount excluding shipping. A reshipment fee will be charged for the item you choose.
