What should I do if I want to return an item?
We only accept returns in the case of a manufacturing defect identified at the time of delivery. To be eligible, you must provide proof of the defect during unboxing.
Please share clear photos or videos showing the defect with our customer service team at info@jcmoto.in. The product must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging with all tags intact.

If your return request is approved, we will either;

Exchange the item for a new piece, or

Issue store credit for the equivalent value.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

All return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer monetary refunds. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we provide either:

What should I do for an exchange?
If you opt for an exchange, you may select any item(s) of equivalent value (excluding shipping charges). A reshipment fee will apply to the exchanged item

SHIPPING POLICY ​

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 72 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

In certain cases, faster processing or expedited shipping may be possible depending on stock availability. This may involve an additional charge. If you require your order urgently, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier partner and are indicative only. Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, strikes, or operational issues beyond our control.

A shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including the tracking number and courier service details
Tracking updates should be checked directly on the courier partner’s website.

Damages in Transit
If your order is received damaged or tampered with, you must:

Contact the jcMoto support team immediately upon delivery

Retain all original packaging materials, including outer boxes, labels, and protective inserts, for inspection

Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging

Failure to report transit damage promptly or to retain packaging may result in the claim being declined.

Shipping Delays & Courier Issues
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, jcMoto is not responsible for delivery delays, transit issues, or lost shipments. Customers are required to contact the courier service directly using the tracking details provided.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution for courier-related delays or failures.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. jcMoto is not responsible for:

Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
Any re-shipping costs incurred due to wrong address input will be borne by the customer.
Any re-shipping costs incurred due to failure of logistics partner will be borne by jcMoto

Customs Duties & Taxes
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are not borne by jcMoto and must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities or courier service.
